Note: Same day delivery in saigon (HCM City). It takes from 2 - 5 days more if delivery outside Saigon.

Orders placed after these dates will be delivered after the Tet holiday, starting from Feb 23, 2026.

We will stop deliveries in Vietnam and close for Tet from Feb 16 to Feb 22, 2026.

Delivery Notes

We always use the best quality materials available and handcraft each item with care, as such we do guarantee the quality of all of our handmade floral designs.
Delivery to remote areas would be delayed due to transportation and delivery time. We cannot be guaranteed to look exactly 100% similar from photos due to the material in these areas and may case additional delivery fees.
Adverse weather (rain, flood, strong wind etc.) could cause delays to ensure quality of the flowers and gifts, but we will try to deal with it.
Deliveries on peak hours and busy periods (like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Tet/Lunar New Year, Mother’s Day, etc..) could be delayed due to Rush and Huge Customer demand so delivery times cannot be guaranteed. However, it will be delivered within the same day according to the delivery guidelines. For more information, please look at our terms and conditions.

Although we would never want to exercise a substitution policy, this may be needed to ensure on time delivery and on some occasions without prior consultation with the sender for faster delivery (in most cases the sender will be contacted).
Due to seasonal changes and weather and availability, flowers and colours may vary and in these circumstances, we will use flowers of equal or greater value to satisfy our customers.
