• Delivery to remote areas would be delayed due to transportation and delivery time. We cannot be guaranteed to look exactly 100% similar from photos due to the material in these areas and may case additional delivery fees.
• Adverse weather (rain, flood, strong wind etc.) could cause delays to ensure quality of the flowers and gifts, but we will try to deal with it.
• Deliveries on peak hours and busy periods (like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Tet/Lunar New Year, Mother’s Day, etc..) could be delayed due to Rush and Huge Customer demand so delivery times cannot be guaranteed. • Although we would never want to exercise a substitution policy, this may be needed to ensure on time delivery and on some occasions without prior consultation with the sender for faster delivery (in most cases the sender will be contacted).
• Due to seasonal changes and weather and availability, flowers and colours may vary and in these circumstances, we will use flowers of equal or greater value to satisfy our customers.
