To ensure timely delivery during the peak Tet and Valentine’s season, please note the following order deadlines:

Order Cut-off Dates

HCM City: Orders placed before Feb 13, 2026 will be delivered by Feb 16, 2026.
Hanoi: Orders placed before Feb 12, 2026 will be delivered by Feb 14, 2026.
Other provinces: Orders placed before Feb 10, 2026 will be delivered by Feb 13, 2026.

Lunar New Year Holiday Closure:

Saigon Flowers will be closed for Tet Holiday from Feb 17 to Feb 22, 2026.
Orders placed during this period will be processed and delivered starting Feb 23, 2026.

We always use the best quality materials available and handcraft each item with care, as such we do guarantee the quality of all of our handmade floral designs.
Delivery to remote areas would be delayed due to transportation and delivery time. We cannot be guaranteed to look exactly 100% similar from photos due to the material in these areas and may case additional delivery fees.
Adverse weather (rain, flood, strong wind etc.) could cause delays to ensure quality of the flowers and gifts, but we will try to deal with it.
Deliveries on peak hours and busy periods (like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Tet/Lunar New Year, Mother’s Day, etc..) could be delayed due to Rush and Huge Customer demand so delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Substitution Information

Although we would never want to exercise a substitution policy, this may be needed to ensure on time delivery and on some occasions without prior consultation with the sender for faster delivery (in most cases the sender will be contacted).
Due to seasonal changes and weather and availability, flowers and colours may vary and in these circumstances, we will use flowers of equal or greater value to satisfy our customers.
