Can I order mooncakes for delivery in Vietnam from overseas?

Yes. SaigonFlowers is specifically set up to serve overseas customers ordering gifts for recipients in Vietnam. Our website is in English, our customer support communicates in English, and we accept international payment methods.

What payment methods do you accept from overseas?

We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfer. You do not need a Vietnamese bank account or payment app to order.

Is it safe to use my international credit card on SaigonFlowers?

Yes. SaigonFlowers uses secure, encrypted payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and reorder easily in future seasons.

What currency will I be charged in?

Orders are processed in USD. The price displayed at checkout is what you will be charged. Your bank may apply a small international transaction fee depending on your card issuer.

Delivery and Logistics

How does delivery work if I am overseas?

You order and pay online. We source the mooncakes within Vietnam and deliver directly to your recipient's address in Vietnam. There is no international shipping — everything happens within Vietnam on your recipient's end. This avoids customs issues, international shipping costs, and freshness risks.

Which cities in Vietnam do you deliver to?

We deliver across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Hai Phong, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, and most other major Vietnamese cities. For provincial and rural addresses, contact us to confirm coverage before ordering.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Scheduled delivery (1–3 days in advance) is available nationwide. For provincial addresses, allow 2–3 days.

What information do I need to provide for delivery?

Full street address including apartment/floor number, building name (if applicable), district, city, and the recipient's Vietnamese phone number. The recipient phone number is essential — our delivery team will call to confirm delivery.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

Yes. You can specify a delivery date at checkout. We recommend scheduling for 1–2 days before Tết Trung Thu (25 September 2026) so the gift arrives fresh and ahead of the festival day.

Will the recipient know how much I paid?

No. We do not include pricing information in the delivery package. The gift arrives with your card message only.

Timing

When should I order to guarantee delivery before Tết Trung Thu 2026?

Order by mid-September at the latest. For popular brands like Như Lan, order by early September. Tết Trung Thu 2026 is on 25 September 2026.

What time zone should I use when calculating cut-off times?

All cut-off times are in Vietnam time (ICT, UTC+7). If you are in the USA (West Coast), Vietnam is 14 hours ahead. Australia (Sydney) is approximately 4 hours behind Vietnam in September. Plan accordingly when placing urgent orders.

What happens if my order is delayed?

SaigonFlowers will notify you immediately if there is any issue with your order. We will offer a solution — alternative products, expedited delivery, or a refund as appropriate.
